1. Accounts
You need an account to use LeaseLedger. You're responsible for the activity on your club's account, including anything logged by members you've invited.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
Clubs subscribe as a whole, priced by member count. New clubs start with a 14-day trial. Fees are billed in advance, monthly or annually, and are non-refundable except where required by law. Downgrading or canceling takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
3. Acceptable Use
Use LeaseLedger for your club's own hunting/lease management. Don't use it to harass others, violate hunting laws or regulations, or misrepresent harvest records for licensing or legal purposes.
4. Your Content
You own the data your club enters — harvest records, photos, work logs. You're responsible for having the right to share any photos or content you upload.
5. Disclaimer & Liability
LeaseLedger is a coordination tool, not a safety system. Wind and stand information is provided by your club's own data entry and is not a guarantee of hunting safety or conditions. LeaseLedger is provided "as is" without warranties, and our liability is limited to the amount you've paid in the prior 12 months.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
